Q2:Is it possible to print my logo on the artificial sunlight?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally the LOGO and products specification according to the sample before production.
Q3: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Our lighting fixtures are produced in strict quality control system, and package is made by drop test and vibration test. During the guarantee, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution according to real situation.
Q4. Can we control the light wireless?
A:Sure, our artificial skylight fixture is made with intelligent control, you can use cellphone or controller to adjust the light.
